Community Connections

Community is Welcome Here!

Baker Memorial UMC frequently opens its doors to welcome the community at large. Beyond Baker events like our indoor and outdoor Farmers Market, the church hosts such groups as our Administer Justice, Mid-Valley Special Ed, Boy Scout/Cub Scout troops, Alcoholics Anonymous, St. Charles Kiwanis and Pottawatomie Garden Club, as well. Baker Memorial is the home church for the renowned St. Charles Singers group. In 2025 we welcomed Northside Brass to our music community. We sponsor blood drives, CPR training, medical screenings, and outside groups use our facilities for meetings, concerts, recitals and more.

We’re always on the look-out for ways to serve Christ here, near, and far away.
